Emergency Rescue & Search Operations

When someone goes missing abroad, time is the most crucial factor. Our field teams, led by IDF special operations veterans with cross-border command experience, coordinate search and extraction missions across some of the world's most challenging terrains and jurisdictions. We work alongside local authorities, international rescue firms and partner organizations to bring people home.

Medical Emergency Response

When there is a medical crisis abroad, our volunteer emergency medical specialists provide real-time clinical consultation, coordinate with local hospitals and ensure that families receive accurate, timely information. From acute trauma to complex hospitalization, we bridge the gap between foreign healthcare systems and families in need.

Mental Health Crisis Intervention

Currently, one of the most sensitive, complex and delicate crises for Israelis abroad are the growing numbers of mental health emergencies. These cases often require more sustained, resource-intense coordination rather than short-term intervention. Our licensed mental health professionals and resilience experts provide structured psychological crisis response, working closely with families and local care providers.

Together with our umbrella NGO, Gvanim, we provide acute psychiatric crisis support, psychological first aid, family guidance, coordination with local mental health providers and ongoing resilience support.

For families at home, the uncertainty of a loved one in crisis abroad can be overwhelming. Haverim Mehalzim places the family at the center of every operation. A dedicated case officer provides centralized, continuous communication: no voicemail, no institutional handoffs, so that no family faces the unknown alone.
